Return & Exchange
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellation is not guaranteed as orders may already be processed or shipped.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Certain items cannot be returned, including personal care products, perishable goods, custom items, and sale items. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
